Do I need to be home during the clean?
Most of my regulars aren't. I'm happy to work around a key safe, smart lock or a trusted neighbour - whatever suits you. I'll always lock up and leave things as I found them.
How often do most clients book?
Weekly and fortnightly are by far the most common. One-off cleans are fine too, especially before guests or after a busy stretch - just say when and I'll do my best to fit you in.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. I bring everything I need, including a good vacuum, mop and the cleaning products I trust. If you'd prefer I use your own products - fragrance-free, pet-safe, anything specific - just tell me and I'll use those instead.
Can I change what gets cleaned from week to week?
Absolutely. Some weeks the kitchen needs more attention, other weeks it's the bedrooms. Drop me a message the night before and I'll adjust the plan.
What areas around Cardiff do you cover?
Cardiff, Penarth, Barry, Caerphilly, Pontypridd and nearby villages. If you're just outside those towns, message me - I'm often in the area.
