Do you clean out of hours?
Yes - most of my commercial clients prefer it. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all options. We'll pick a window that doesn't get in the way of your team.
Can you provide a regular schedule for kitchens and WCs?
That's the most common setup. Daily, twice-weekly or weekly - whatever matches how busy the space is. Bins, surfaces, glass, floors, restocking consumables if you provide them.
Do you work across multiple sites?
Yes. I look after a handful of small multi-site clients in and around Cardiff. Easier if the sites are roughly in the same corridor - get in touch and we'll work out the rotation.
How does billing work for a recurring contract?
A flat monthly invoice based on the agreed schedule. No minimum lock-in. If your needs change, we change the plan - no renegotiation drama.
What's the smallest space you'll take on?
There's no hard minimum. I clean single-room studios as well as larger open-plan offices. If it's a small job I'll usually bundle it with other visits in the area.
